The scholarly consensus is that the figure of Moses is legendary, and not historical.[13] No Egyptian sources mention Moses or the events of Exodus-Deuteronomy, nor has any archaeological evidence been discovered in Egypt or the Sinai wilderness to support the story in which he is the central figure.[27] The story of his discovery picks up a familiar motif in ancient Near Eastern mythological accounts of the ruler who rises from humble origins: Thus Sargon of Akkad’s Sumerian account of his origins runs;


So if Moses is a fraud, a made up story, wtf is the State Of Israel anyway? Could it be as simple as this: the Guns and Jesus crowd just love death; their faith is death centric. Look at their “holy texts” for proof of their depravity, “in the name of God”. The God of these folks is actually a bad bad “man”, taking them literally, at their “words”. Or is it simply commerce disguised as God junk?
