June 24, 2010 County
of New Berlin relegates medicinal cannabis to industrial areas.
Small pockets of the county's unincorporated areas have nominally been
granted the right to sell cannabis to legal proposition215 / Senate Bill 420
patients. Just a few, for the 7th largest city in the nation. Our county is
underserved, herb-wise, if these bogus restrictions are allowed to stand.
The county formerly known as San Diego is one of the largest counties in
the nation, in square miles. This makes the tiny pockets available for medical
cannabis distribution even more problematic. Also, much of what they passed
is actually illegal. We will post a more in depth review of the events at the
County Board of Supervisors, and try to put this in context.
There are differing rules and regulations for various parts of the county.
Each incorporated entity can make up their own laws, the constitution be
damned, state law be damned. And they are, damn them.

Kris Hermes is being quoted in local San Diego m-s-m, as if speaking for us. NOT! Hermes represents

Why does the m-s-m put ASA in front of the cameras, repeatedly, ignoring real patients?
